In addition, the items must arrive at Migou Bcn protected and well packed to avoid deterioration during transport.
- The return shipping costsmust be paid by the customer, except if the product is defective or there has been an error on the part of Migou Bcn.
- Once we receive the item and verify that it is correct, we will refund the amount using the same system you used to pay.
- If at the time the customer receives a product is broken or defective, the amount paid will be refunded or a new one will be sent in perfect condition.
- In the event that the defect appears later, the case will be studied and the steps stipulated in the product warranty will be followed.
